FAQ Guide

Please note a dry and warm area will be required for the rider treatment.

We are based in East Grinstead, RH19, and provide specified osteopathic services to the South East of England including Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Essex, Berkshire and Hampshire. We are also happy to travel further afield.

During a consultation, we begin by gathering a detailed case history and conducting a comprehensive examination. This often includes observing the animal’s movement and assessing the flexibility and function of the affected joints.

Please note that travel costs may apply depending on location. Free travel within a 10 miles of East Grinstead (45p per mile after that). We try to reduce travel costs whenever possible by doing group bookings in a similar area. Please contact us for a quote.

In animal osteopathy, noticeable improvements can typically take around 6–8 weeks, depending on the condition and the animal’s response to treatment.

Yes, veterinary consent is required before treating any animal, except for maintenance treatments on healthy animals. As it’s a legal requirement, we must obtain this consent prior to starting treatment. You can either download the form and send it to your vet yourself or we can handle the consent process on your behalf (click here for the form).

We are happy to chat to owners regarding any type of animal to explain what benefits an osteopathic consultation and treatment can bring to their pets welfare. Please contact us for more information and tailored pricing.
